The term "analytics" is commonly used today, but it is not always clear as to what it means. Simply put, analytics is the study of data with the purpose of helping businesses make decisions. Analytics is not just about forecasting, which is reviewed in another page on this site. It can answer questions such as these below:

-- What factors are contributing to employee turnover in my business?

-- Why are my sales not as strong as they used to be?

-- Which products do my customers frequently purchase together?

-- What factors contribute most to my employees satisfaction?

-- What are the values and cultures of my business?

These are just a few of the many questions that can be asked. You may have thought of more. Kairos Advising and Consulting can help answer all these questions. KAC either takes data you have or collects the data through surveys and other methods to create a data set that can be analyzed. Everything that is done is with your consent and our confidentiality. Once the analysis is complete and the report issued, KAC will return all information to you and retain nothing except the final report.
